How do I book collections online?
To use our online booking service, you will need to register. This will take less than 2 minutes of your time and once you have registered, you are able to book your collection immediately.

Can I cancel or re-schedule my collection once booked online?
Once signed in click on My Account and then on Manage your collections where you can amend your active collections.

Will I receive email updates?
Only when you book or change your collection online.

Will I receive spam and junk email?
No - we hate that stuff.

Once registered, can I cancel my account?
Sure, just email us on info @ absolutelysteaming.co.uk and include "Account Cancellation" in the subject line and we will take care of the rest.

I have lost my password/username, what do I do?
Go to the login page and click on Forgot your password.

How do I change my personal info?
Once signed in click on My Account where you can change your personal info.

How do I report an error?
Email us on info @ absolutelysteaming.co.uk and include "Error Report" in the subject line. Thanks in advance!

How does the ironing service work?
Step 1.
Place all your ironing together and place it into a bag. We will provide you with your own personal laundry bag complete with name tag on our second visit.
Step 2.
Call us or book online.
We provide a weekly, fortnightly, and a monthly service. You just need to decide what time you want us to collect your ironing. Our service operates between 8.00am and 8.00pm, 5 days a week.
Step 3.
Our friendly driver will arrive at your home or place of work at the time you requested. He/she will weigh your ironing and leave you with a receipt outlining the cost and weight of your ironing.
Step 4.
Our professional ironers will sort and work through your ironing. We pride ourselves in making sure your ironing is carried out in a clean, smoke-free environment. Your ironing will be hung or folded as requested.
Step 5.
We pride ourselves on our high standards. We check all ironing before returning it to our customer. If we are not satisfied with the quality, we will redo the ironing until our high standards have been reached. Our objective is to deliver ironing that is perfect.
Step 6.
We carefully cover your ironing using polythene covers and hang them securely in the back of our vans. Our driver will then return your ironing to you at a pre-arranged time within 48 hours from initial pickup.
Step 7.
We arrive at your door with your freshly ironed items. Payment is then due, we accept cash, cheque or most credit and debit cards.

Is there a minimum charge for my Ironing?
Yes, the minimum collection per order is 3kg's.

Orders that total below minimum collection weight will be charged at the minimum collection weight as outlined above.

If you do not require a collection and fail to let us know the day before your collection, you will still be subject to the minimum charge.


Is there a collection and delivery charge for my Ironing?
If the collection or delivery slot that you have selected is a chargeable slot, then will be a £5.00 charge associated with that slot.

Do you offer a laundry service?
Yes we do offer a laundry service.

Should clothes be sent to us for ironing unwashed these items will be returned in the same condition as received. The minimum charge will apply for items returned un-ironed including delivery charge where applicable.


How does the dry cleaning service work?
Step 1.
Call us or book online.
We provide a weekly, fortnightly, and a monthly service. You just need to decide what time you want us to collect your dry cleaning. Our service operates between 8.00am and 8.00pm, 5 days a week.
Step 2.
Our friendly driver will arrive at your home or place of work at the time you requested. He/she will check your dry cleaning and leave you with a receipt outlining the cost of your dry cleaning.
Step 3.
We will take your dry cleaning away to be professionally dry cleaned.
Step 4.
We carefully cover your dry cleaning using polythene covers and hang them securely in the back of our vans. Our driver will then return your dry cleaning to you at a pre-arranged time within 48hrs * from initial pickup.
Step 5.
We arrive at your door with your freshly dry cleaned items. Payment is then due, we accept cash, cheque or most credit and debit cards.


* Please note that we do use a third party dry cleaning service and will try and stick to the 48hr turn around, but are unable to guarantee this.

What happens if I am not happy with the quality of my Dry Cleaning?
Inform us as soon as possible and we will take it up with our supplier.

We pride ourselves on the quality and professionalism of our service and expect the same from our suppliers.

Is there a minimum charge for my Dry Cleaning?
Yes, the minimum order is £20.

Is there a collection and delivery charge for my Dry Cleaning?

How does the laundry service work?
Step 1.
Place all your laundry into a bag ready for collection.

Step 2.
Call us or book online.
We provide a weekly, fortnightly, and a monthly service. You just need to decide what time you want us to collect your laundry. Our service operates between 8.00am and 8.00pm, 5 days a week.
Step 3.
Our friendly driver will arrive at your home or place of work at the time you requested. He/she will weigh your laundry and leave you with a receipt outlining the cost and weight of your laundry.
Step 4.
Our team will sort and work through your laundry as wash your linen as requested. All of this is done in a clean, smoke and pet-free environment.
Step 5.
If ironing is required, your laundry/ironing will be hung or folded as requested.
Step 6.
We pride ourselves on our high standards, all laundry is checked before returning it to our customer. If we were unable to remove a stain we will notify the customer.

We need authorisation from the customer before we are able to treat an item with stain remover due to it being abrasive and potentially shortening the life of the garment.

Step 7.
If you selected the wash & iron service, your garments are carefully covered using polythene covers and then hung securely in the back of our vans. Our driver will then return your laundry/ironing to you at a pre-arranged time within 48 hours * from initial pickup.
Step 8.
We arrive at your door with your freshly washed linen. Payment is then due, we accept cash, cheque or most credit and debit cards.

* If light and dark items were washed seperately, items were heavily stained or if we needed to use a lower more delecate drying temperature, we are unable to guarantee a 24 or 48 hour turn around.


Is there a minimum charge for my Laundry?
Yes, the minimum collection for wash and iron is 3kg's and for wash and fold its 5kg's.

What should I do if some items are wash and fold and others are wash and iron?
Seperate your items into the relevant service required before our driver arrives for your collection. Also let us know by using the special instructions at the time of booking.

Please note that this could result in an extra charge or take longer for your order to be completed.


What should I do if I want light and dark items washed seperately?
Seperate your items into lights and darks before our driver arrives for your collection. Also let us know by using the special instructions at the time of booking.

What should I do if I have heavy soiled items?
Let us know by using the special instructions at the time of booking. Please seperate these items out so that we can process them accordingly.

Do you use tumble dryers?
Yes we do use tumble dryers to dry customers laundry and items are normnally dried using a medium heat.

If you require your washing to be dried on a lower heat, let us know by telling us in the special instructions at the time of booking. Please note that this could result in an extra charge or take longer for your order to be completed.


What temperature is your washing cycle?
We wash at 40 ° C.

Are the detergents non-bio?
Yes they are.

Do you wash duvets?
Yes we do, please contact us if you want to know more.

Do you wash horse blankets?
Unfortunately we do not.
